The series was designed by Kate McMeekin, NAF Board Member, accreta survivor, and women’s health Nurse Practitioner. Kate is the host of the series and will be joined by Molly Hudson, LCSW to guide and facilitate each session. The sessions will be 60-90 minutes long.

These sessions are not considered medical treatments and do not take place of individual therapy but it can feel very therapeutic to be in the same space as women with similar experiences. We invite you to join us, bring a cup of coffee and a donut, laugh, cry, learn, find community.

As a survivor of accreta, I know first hand the cycle of emotions that come with the diagnosis. Learning to make room for all of these emotions has been key in my ability to move forward and now care for others. I am now a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner currently working on a post grad certification in psych mental health. In this journey I have had the great fortune of meeting Molly Hudson, LCSW. Molly has since been a mentor both personally and professionally and I am so excited to be able to share her with you all. She is a true light in the world.”
