The Champions for Change Summit is dedicated to empowering our community with the education, training, and resources needed to make necessary changes in maternal health, hosted by MoMMA’s Voices. This event will give maternal health advocates the opportunity to:
Connect with survivors, volunteer leaders and other like-minded champions for change in maternal health.
Learn to share your story in an impactful way to influence health care practices.
Celebrate the successes that have been made thus far, and honor the affected families we work so hard for.
Use the tools from Summit to ignite a fire of change in your local communities.
Hear from inspirational and accomplished speakers.

Scholarships are available!
Momma’s Voices admire the efforts of all who work to bring a voice to maternal mortality and morbidity and especially those who do so in spite of considerable personal obstacles. In this spirit, they offer a limited number of scholarships to cover registration cost and travel expenses for those facing financial need, but still wishing to attend. While they wish they could serve every need, their resources are limited but they do want to try and meet those they can.

Momma’s Voices will fulfill as many scholarships for registration as they are able to until funds are depleted.
Patient Advocacy Certification Training
Do you want to share your story and partner with healthcare providers? Take free specialized training courses for patient and family partners and become a certified patient family partner, prepared by Momma’s Voices. Complete the form to receive access to the training center and begin the certification process. The training is free for all community members of National Accreta Foundation.
MOMMA’S VOICES
National Accreta Foundation serves on the Executive Council of MoMMA’s Voices, a national coalition of patient organizations and individuals with lived experiences or those who represent them, using their voices to reduce maternal complications in pregnancy and the postpartum period.
With the wave of media and public attention on the growing and unacceptable rates of maternal mortality and severe morbidity in the United States, this coalition answers the need for a strong consumer voice to advocate, amplify, and illustrate these issues in the US. MoMMA is short for Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Advocates, which captures the coalition’s mission. Learn more at www.mommasvoices.org
