Send Notes of Support

As someone who has been through the accreta experience, you may know how important the connections made in our support groups are for accreta patients. National Accreta Foundation wants to extend these connections by reaching out to new moms through accreta providers and hospitals. You can be a part of this program by writing brief letters of support for pregnant moms.

NAF has arrangements to distribute these letters to numerous hospitals that treat accreta patients. We encourage you to send us multiple notes at a time (they can be the same - we won’t tell!) so that we can route your well wishes to many different accreta moms and hospitals. Feel free to include information in your note about National Accreta Foundation and our support groups - these moms may not have found us yet.

Send your letters to:

National Accreta Foundation (Patient Support Letters)

P.O. Box 2441

Saratoga, CA 95070

The accreta specialists we have connected with are very excited to receive notes that they can distribute to their patients to help them get through this challenging time. Upload a photo below of you writing or mailing your letters and we can give you a shout out on our social media pages and help encourage others to join these efforts!

Share a photo with us of you writing or mailing your letters:
